Do you decorate for christmas? As a kid we didn’t have an outdoor power outlet so we could never decorate the outside of our house which was a major bummer. These days it’s really easy to have outdoor christmas lights even without a power outlet – if you visit outdoor solar store, anyway! They sell a variety of christmas lights that are solar powered, so not only do these give the benefit of not needing an outdoor plug in, but they don’t effect your electric bill either. Sounds great to me! Their lights come in both white and multi-colored, and they have the traditional strings of lights or nets of lights, which are great for bushes. My favorite feature of these lights is you don’t have to remember to turn them on or off. They detect the light change and turn themselves on at dark and turn off once it gets light again. So much more convenient then trying to remember each day! I have noticed that the lights are dimmer than traditional holiday lights, but they are bright enough, in my opinion. The string of lights comes with 8 feet of lights which was perfect for my balcony, which is where I had planned to use them. The solar panel is on a steak that can go into the ground, however this didn’t work out so great for us using the on the balcony, but we have just laid it in the sunniest spot of the balcony and it has worked out okay. There is a six foot lead between the end of the lights and the solar panel so you can place the solar panel in a sunny area even if you want the lights to be in a shady area.

In addition to christmas lights, outdoor solar store also sells garden lights, flood lights, flag lights and more.
