The college I went to last semester didn’t have a hook on the back of the door in a restroom. The toilet paper dispenser wasn’t the enclosed type, but instead was similar to most at-home toilet paper holders, so the only surface area is the toilet paper itself. Which didn’t have enough surface area on it to hold my big purse. The idea of sitting my purse on the floor is super gross, so instead I would attempt to balance my purse on my lap, but a couple times throughout the school year it fell off because it’s not the easiest thing in the world to manage. When I heard about clipa, I knew I needed one of these!

I chose two clipas to review, one that is red and the other that is black and glittery. I have been really surprised at how many situations I am able to use these in. I use them when we go grocery shopping or other times when we go shopping and use a cart, instead of having to leave my purse in the baby seat, I can let it hang and then have the option of using the front basket for bread products or whatever I don’t want to get smashed in the back portion of the cart. I’ve used this of course in bathrooms, because the clipa can slip around the small area that holds the toilet paper roll, even if there isn’t a cover on the toilet paper. Clipa being used on boatI’ve used this in restaurants by clipping it on the table. I even found a way to use this that I haven’t seen mention on other sites or blogs – on a boat! By law, I have to have my fishing license and ID with me when we go fishing, but my wallet is much too big to fit inside my pocket. Plus, I like to bring my camera with me in case I get bored or want a photo of something. However, my dads boat has a small leak, and the very bottom of the boat sometimes pools a bit of water. So in the past, I’d always try to keep the purse on the seat but it would often fall off at some point or another. The boat has handles, so I was able to clip the clipa around the rings on my purse, that connect the handle to the purse. Then I clipped the clipa onto the handle to keep my purse from hanging low enough to hit the water, even if it fell off the side of the sat. Overall I’m very pleased with my clipa and would recommend these to all women who carry purses.
